DELIVERY INFORMATION UK
For all orders placed before 1:30pm, we will endeavour to ship your order on the same day via DPD’s next day service.
Orders placed after 1:30pm will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 1:30pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DPD with your allotted day and time for delivery.

Orders placed after 1:30pm will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 1:30pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL with tracking information.

Annie Officiel currently ships to the UK, Europe and USA only.
European countries include: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Andorra.
If you’d like to place an order outside this territory please email us at customercare@annieofficiel.com and we’ll do our best to ship out to you.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free returns policy. We do not offer exchanges.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.
All items must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all Annie Officiel tags, labels and security ribbon attached.
On receipt of your return, the items will be inspected by our team, providing they are sent back as per the Annie Officiel Returns Policy, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 days. The account holder will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Items received outside the returns window will be reviewed at the discretion of the Annie Officiel team.
If for any reason your item develops a fault, we will offer a full refund within 6 months of purchase.
Whilst we fully inspect all our garments, if the item you receive is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@AnnieOfficiel.com
All Annie Officiel garments are made with special care, we recommend wearing a protective silk
Please note, all items returned to us as faulty will be fully inspected by our technical team. Any item that is returned as damaged as the result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. For example, items returned that are marked or stained with make-up, perfume or deodorant, soiled, material that contains snags or fabric pulls or garments that have not been washed according to the wash care instructions.
FAULTY GOOD POLICY
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
