What is your role at Annie Officiel
-
I have been working at Annie Officiel for nearly a year now on product, from conception of the chapters right through to delivery. My official role is Head of Product which is so rewarding especially when working with such inspirational women who are really striving to change the way we look at clothes.
-
-
How would you describe your personal style?
-
My day-to-day style is quite minimal. I think after working in fashion so long, I am less eager to jump on the latest trends and care more about looking timeless and feeling comfortable.
-
-
What are your 3 favorite pieces in your wardrobe and why?
-
Being quite short, I struggle so much with the lengths of clothes. I often go for short lengths so I am not drowned. I adore our Lily mini skirt. I wear it with a tucked in T-shirt so you can see the beautiful Velvet waistband which adds a certain ‘va-va-voom’ to the look. And finish this with chunky boots and tights in the winter or flat sandals in the summer. I also have some Gucci boots that I love because they can elevate a simple outfit and are super versatile. I have a pair of vintage diesel jeans that are amazing. They are a great starting piece if I want to go out without looking too dressy, they go so well with our Ume silk top.
-
What do you have the most of/collect?
-
T-shirts! I have so many, I love how versatile they are and I especially love a simple masculine cut T with some sort of unique detailing. You can wear them with anything!
-
-
Do you have any heirloom pieces or sentimental pieces?
-
I have a Stella McCartney necklace which I was given for my 30th birthday which I adore. It brings a lot of attention whenever I wear it.
-
What is your favorite AO piece and how you wear/style it?
I absolutely adore our Amaryllis top. I love the fabric and how luxurious it feels against the skin. I would wear this over some denim shorts in the summer with some flat sandals. Thinking about this outfit makes me really excited for the summer!
